But we also don’t run a charity. This Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be fair, clear, and strict enough to prevent misuse.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Before you assume you can return anything, understand this — not every case qualifies.

To be eligible under our Refund and Returns Policy, your item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The product must be unused and exactly as delivered. That means no scratches, no alterations, no wear. You must return everything — original certificate, invoice, packaging, and any documents.
  • Approval & Inspection: Just because you request a return doesn’t mean it’s accepted. Every request goes through inspection by our quality team. If it doesn’t meet standards, it gets rejected.
  • Customized Jewelry: This is where most people mess up. If you ordered customized gemstone jewelry, you don’t get to change your mind later. Design confusion, size issues, or color dissatisfaction after delivery are your responsibility — not ours. Confirm everything before ordering.
  • No Damage or Misuse: If the product is damaged due to your handling, negligence, or improper usage, don’t expect a refund. This policy covers genuine cases, not carelessness.
  • 10-Day Limit: You have exactly 10 days from delivery to raise a request. Not 11, not “I forgot.” If you miss the deadline, you lose eligibility — simple as that.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your case actually qualifies under our Refund and Returns Policy, follow the process properly:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to our support team within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Proof Matters: If the product is damaged or defective, include clear photos and an unboxing video. Without proof, your claim is weak — and likely rejected.
  3. Team Evaluation: Our quality control team will review your request. Approval is not automatic.
  4. Return Shipment: Once approved, you must send the product back with all original contents intact.
  5. Return Methods:
    • Visit our New Delhi store during working hours, or
    • Ship the item using a reliable courier service and share tracking details.

Refund Process

Once your returned item passes inspection, here’s what happens:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the product.
  • The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
  • Banks and payment providers may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the amount.

If you’re expecting instant refunds, that’s unrealistic — this is how financial systems work.

Important Conditions You Should Not Ignore

This is where most people get surprised — because they don’t read:

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees, taxes (VAT), and duties are not refunded.
  • Return Shipping Cost: You pay for returning the product. That’s standard — not negotiable.
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Any charges applied during payment are non-refundable.
  • No Restocking Fees: Unlike many businesses, we don’t charge restocking fees — that’s already in your favor.
  • In-Store Returns: Allowed, but all policy conditions still apply. No shortcuts.

Packaging & Safety Advice

 

When returning your product, don’t be careless. Avoid writing words like “jewelry,” “gemstones,” or anything valuable on the outer package. That’s just inviting theft. Pack securely and ship smartly — if it gets lost due to poor packaging, that’s on you.
