Shipping Within India
Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders within India. We partner with trusted and swift courier services like DTDC and Bluedart to ensure your order arrives promptly. For remote or rural areas where standard courier services might not reach, we use reliable postal services.
International Shipping
We’re delighted to ship to over 70 countries where our payment and shipping partners operate. International shipping (outside India) is charged based on applicable rates. All our international shipments are sent via reputable courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
For your peace of mind, all our shipments are fully insured. The cost of this insurance is already included in your shipping fee, so you won’t pay anything extra.
How Long Until Dispatch?
The time it takes to get your order ready for dispatch depends on a few things:
- Loose Gemstones or Ready Items: These are usually dispatched very quickly, within 1 to 2 days from the day you place your order.
- Gemstones to be set in Jewelry: If you’re having your gemstone set into a ring, pendant, or bracelet, it generally takes about 4-5 days to prepare your custom jewelry piece.
- Certification: If you’ve chosen additional certification from a specific laboratory (beyond the reputable lab certificate we already provide), this might add a little extra time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking ID via email. This way, you can easily follow your shipment’s journey right to your doorstep.
Delivery Times
Here’s an estimated delivery timeline after your order has been dispatched:
- Within Indian Metro Cities: You can expect delivery in 2-3 days.
- Other Parts of India: Delivery typically takes 3-7 days.
- International Orders: Our shipping partners usually deliver international orders within 5 to 10 days.
Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India)
Please be aware that for international orders, we are not responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT, or other taxes that your country may impose. These charges vary widely by country and are beyond our control.
However, we have significant experience with international shipping and will gladly provide our full support and cooperation if you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges. Feel free to contact us anytime!
Important Notes on International Duties:
- Currently, there is typically no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe. In other countries, duties usually range around 1%.
- Professional buyers may also be able to recover VAT. We advise you to contact your local customs authorities for specific clarification regarding your country’s regulations.
Cancellations/Refused Shipments (International Orders): Please note that for international orders that are refused by the customer or cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all customs duties and VAT charged by their country to return the items to us. Any refund due to the customer will only be processed after we receive the item back, minus all applicable fees, customs duties, and VAT, as per our refund timeline.
