Am I Eligible for a Return or Exchange?

To be eligible, your item(s) must meet these conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition. This includes the Original Product Certificate, Invoice, all packaging, and any documentation that came with it.
  • Approval & Inspection: All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and inspection by the Gemmuni team.
  • Customized Jewelry: Please note that for customized gemstone jewelry (made to order), we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you are unsure about the design, size, or color after delivery. We recommend confirming these details carefully before placing your custom order.
  • No Neglect/Damage: Our policy does not cover damages due to neglect, improper usage, or mishandling.
  • Timely Request: You must place your return/exchange request within 10 days from the date of delivery. We can’t be held responsible for returns we weren’t notified about within this period.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

It’s simple to get started:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [Your Email Id] within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Please include pictures and an unboxing video of the item(s) if they arrived damaged or defected. This helps our team understand the issue quickly.
  3. Team Review: Our Quality Control team will evaluate your request and approve the return/exchange if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. Send It Back: Once approved, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us with all their original contents.
    • In-Store Returns: You can visit our flagship store in New Delhi during our working hours (as listed on our website).
    • Return by Mail: Send the item(s) to our postal address (as mentioned on our website) using a reliable courier service. Please share the tracking details with us.

When Will I Get My Refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Any payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
